Partnership
Tumbuh Institute is an organization that promotes a unique membership system. There are two main categories in its membership system: Boards and Partners.
The following is an explanation of these two categories and their respective roles in the organizational structure:
Boards
The Tumbuh Institute Board of Directors is the group that has direct responsibility for the management and operation of the institute. They are the parties involved in
Decision making,
Management and coordination,
Implementation of Vision and Mission, and
Establish networking and cooperation opportunities with entities outside the Tumbuh Institute.
Partners
Tumbuh Institute Partners are members whose role is to support and contribute to the Institute's activities from a more specific perspective or based on their expertise. Partner roles include:
- Contribution of Knowledge and Expertise: Partners bring specific expertise, experiences, and perspectives that can enrich Growing Institute's programs and initiatives.
- Participation in Activities: Partners are involved in various activities organized by the institution, such as seminars, panel discussions, or collaborative projects.
- Support and Collaboration: Partners provide support in the form of resources, ideas, or networks that can help achieve the institution's goals.
- Advocacy and Promotion: As part of the Tumbuh Institute community, Partners help promote the Institute's activities and mission within their sphere.
Benefits
Membership and partnership system that is shared between the Board and Partners allows the institute to optimally manage resources and expertise, support effective program development and implementation, and achieve the goals set in each area.
Diversity of Contribution
This system allows institutions to draw on a wide range of expertise and perspectives, combining the expertise of the Board and the specific support of Partners.
Flexibility and Collaboration
Splitting the membership system allows for more flexible collaboration, where the Board can focus on management and strategy, while Partners make more specific, expertise-based contributions.
